9. Bogdan Bogdanovic, Sacramento Kings

Last rank: No. 8 (↓1)

The Sacramento Kings are on a two-game winning streak after losing two games in a row. Rookie Bogdan Bogdanovic continues to excel in his role off the bench (though he’s started the last two games) and it’s shown with recent results.

Bogdanovic did have a rough night shooting the ball in their 101-95 victory over Philadelphia on Tuesday night. He went 1-for-6 from the floor with four points and three assists. The rookie bounced back in their next game against the Brooklyn Nets. He put up 14 points on 6-of-10 shooting along with three rebounds and two assists in a 104-99 victory.

Bogdanovic is averaging 10.0 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game through his 28 appearances for the Kings in 2017-18. They have an 11-20 record overall, 5-5 through the month of the December. As they continue to put together wins, look for Bogdanovic’s production to be a focal point. He’s been their best weapon off the bench alongside fellow rookie Frank Mason III.
