Here are five optimistic comeback season goals for the New York Knicks’ talented swingman and sharp shooter, Tim Hardaway Jr.
The New York Knicks are still hearing the disapproval from many critics around the league for their expensive signing of former first round draft pick Tim Hardaway Jr. The worst part about this latest move is that former team president Phil Jackson can’t be blamed, as he parted ways with the team over a week ago.
The former Michigan Wolverine was offered a lucrative four-year, $71 million deal from New York to leave the Atlanta Hawks. It’s to no one’s surprise he accepted the deal, but only time will tell if this return will actually strengthen the franchise’s future. Steve Mills was entrusted with the power to make good decisions that would reverse the run of bad luck New York has had the last few seasons and Hardaway Jr. is supposed to be the centerpiece for that change.

Here are five optimistic goals Hardaway Jr. can set to help him excel back in New York City and grow to become a valuable part of the franchises’s rebuild.
