4. Utah Jazz

The Utah Jazz are scrambling in free agency after losing forward Gordon Hayward to the Boston Celtics. It could prove beneficial for a guy like Bojan Bogdanovic.

Bogdanovic could be a solid replacement to Hayward, or at least soften the blow. He is a player who could really benefit from the Jazz’s slow style of play. Not to mention, the Jazz are still a young team at their core.

With center Rudy Gobert protecting the paint, Bogdanovic can focus more on the offensive side of the ball, whether in a starter or bench role. He’s not likely to start, but even then, he’s a solid scoring option to have when things go stale on offense.

The team already lost point guard George Hill, their second-leading scorer (16.9 points per game) in 2016-17 to the Sacramento Kings. They did acquire a few picks in the 2017 NBA Draft, flipping them for UNC Tar Heels center Tony Bradley and Louisville Cardinals guard Donovan Mitchell.

However, both are currently unproven rookies. Acquiring Bogdanovic could help improve their development as a franchise and recover quickly from the loss of Hayward.
