The Los Angeles Lakers, Milwaukee Bucks, and Boston Celtics have all been eliminated from championship contention. However, there may be a massive offseason trade that could get the Lakers, Bucks, and Celtics one step closer.

The hypothetical trade would see the Lakers ship out Austin Reaves and three first-round picks to the Bucks. Meanwhile, they would receive Jaylen Brown from the Celtics.

The Celtics would land Giannis, while also sending two firsts to the Bucks. In total, the Bucks would net Reaves and five first-rounders for Giannis.

There's a lot to unpack in that potential blockbuster trade. For one, the Lakers would be receiving a Celtics star. Normally, that wouldn't fly, but the Celtics would be getting the best player in the deal.

Note *-The Lakers can trade their 2026 first on draft night, as well as their 2031 and 2033 firsts, while Austin Reaves would have to agree to a sign-and-trade to the Bucks.

Who would be the big winner of the Lakers, Celtics, and Bucks trade?

The Bucks would be getting Reaves, who had a breakout season, averaging 23.3 points per game, as well as five first-round picks. There may not be any lottery selections in that package, but it's still five firsts, giving them a great start for a potential rebuild.

As for the Lakers, they'd turn Reaves and three firsts into a long-term co-star for Luka Doncic. There's a lot to like here for all three teams.

The Lakers would be getting a top-15 player in Brown. The Celtics would be getting a top-five player in Giannis, while the Bucks would be getting a borderline all-star and five picks for their best player.

Of the three teams, the Celtics may be the big winners, but only if Giannis and Jayson Tatum are healthy next season.

Would the Lakers, Celtics, and Bucks agree to the trade?

From the Lakers' perspective, it would seemingly be a no-brainer. As good as Reaves has been, there is a ceiling to a Reaves and Doncic pairing, with both being poor defenders.

Brown is much better on that end and also a better offensive player too. He'd be a much more worthy co-star to Doncic. Meanwhile, the Bucks would end the Giannis era by getting all they can in terms of both talent and picks.

Lastly, the Celtics would technically be getting the best player in the trade. Barring a better trade offer for the Bucks, it's hard to see them saying no to the deal.

The same can be said for the Celtics. If they are willing to trade Brown, then the only logical move would be to try and acquire Giannis.

As for the Lakers, they would likely jump at the chance to land Brown. Therefore, the Lakers, Celtics, and Bucks would all potentially agree to the trade.
