NBA Trades: 4 teams that should want Jaylen Brown – Washington Wizards

It would be extremely difficult to imagine this deal happening given the fact that Bradley Beal is a free agent to be this summer, and Brown is under contract still. But as we have seen in the NBA before, anything is possible.

With rumors already linking to Tatum’s life-long best friend to Boston, the main idea would be to team the three up, giving Boston its third star. Otherwise, the Celtics are back in the same boat with even some added age.

Washington however, should want Brown, who could thrive in that destination. The sky would truly be the limit for him with the new foundation the organization is building.

They clearly have good pieces under contract like Spencer Dinwiddie as the point, Kyle Kuzma’s revamped career, and Montrezl Harell’s energetic play.

Brown as the two-guard would be a nice player to lead them as he continues his evolution into what is setting up to be an iconic career. He still has plenty of room to grow as a player, too.

Meanwhile, Beal could potentially bring Boston some playmaking to go with his 20-plus points. He is averaging six assists this season with nine games of eight or more.
