NBA Mock Draft: 2022 NBA Draft Lottery Big Board – 12. Keegan Murray
What an explosion from year one to two for Keegan Murray. As a freshman, he posted a line of 7.2 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks per game on a veteran-laden team.
This season, as a full-time starter, he is averaging 24.6 points, 8.9 rebounds, 2.3 blocks, 1.6 assists, and 1.1 steals per game. He has improved noticeably from distance, showing the growth a returning prospect needs to show. If this continues, Murray is a surefire lottery pick.
NBA Mock Draft: 2022 NBA Draft Lottery Big Board – 13. Jean Montero
The first prospect to make the list from Overtime Elite, Jean Montero checks so many boxes. One of the best international prospects in the draft, Montero has elite body control.
He is also the prototypical size for a point guard prospect based on the lottery picks of recent years. If the Overtime Elite is going to be a success down the line, it is because of prospects like Montero blowing scouts out of the water.
NBA Mock Draft: 2022 NBA Draft Lottery Big Board – 14. TyTy Washingon Jr.
One of the fastest players in college basketball, TyTy Washington Jr. is already showing he is about more than his blinding speed. He is a knockdown shooter, hitting 40 percent from outside so far.
He creates so much separation and his handle is a sight to behold. He is also a strong defender as a guard, providing everything you could ask for in a prospect at his position.
