Miami Heat statistical leaders – 3-point percentage: Duncan Robinson
Predicted percentage: 43.8

Last season Robinson was one of only one of two players to hit over 40 percent on his 3-point shots with a volume greater than 8.0 attempts per game. The other player was Stephen Curry, which is not bad company to keep. Robinson hit 40.8 percent of his 8.5 attempts per game. This season with Lowry running the point Robinson is going to get even better service when he is beyond the arc.

Miami Heat statistical leaders – 2-point percentage: Dewayne Dedmon
Predicted percentage: 71.5

Dewayne Dedmon came to the Heat for the second half of the season and provided good minutes at the backup center position. This season he will play a similar role with the franchise, and the Heat will again not run many plays for him. He will get the ball close to the hoop, either on an alley-oop or an offensive rebound. As a result, his percentage will again be very high.

Miami Heat statistical leaders – free-throw percentage: Jimmy Butler
Predicted percentage: 86.9

Butler is a very talented creator with the basketball in his hand. He is also very adept at getting to the line and there are games where he gets a large volume of his scoring. He averages 6.3 attempts at the line per game for his career and hits 83.8 percent of them over the ten seasons he has been in the league. Last season he hit 86.3 percent of his 8.0 attempts from the line and should improve on this number again.
