Los Angeles Lakers statistical leaders: Rebounds – Russell Westbrook
Predicted average: 12.0

Wherever Russell Westbrook goes, he gets his rebounds. The sole exception for this truism was the Houston Rockets, and purely coincidentally that experiment only lasted one year. With the Lakers, Westbrook will benefit from a team with size and strength and plucking rebounds off the glass should come easy to him.

Los Angeles Lakers statistical leaders: Assists – Russell Westbrook
Predicted average: 10.5

Russ is going to get his assists, too. And on a team like the Los Angeles Lakers with LeBron James and Anthony Davis, Westbrook is going to have plenty of opportunities to get them. Decline from aging or not, he’s going to have a very good chance at averaging a triple-double for the fifth time in his career.

Los Angeles Lakers statistical leaders: Stocks – Anthony Davis
Predicted average: 4.0

Anthony Davis is a stocks machine. He’s cracked the 4.0 mark four times in his career, and he rates to be a favorite to eclipse it once again with this Lakers team. Health is always a factor for him, and he may not finish with the highest total this coming season, but from a per-game average perspective, he’s almost certain to lead this team once again.
