. Big. Charlotte Hornets. Kai Jones. 11. player. 170

The Charlotte Hornets are likely to add big men in both free agency and the draft given the gaping hole down low on the roster. Kai Jones will take time to solidify his game but he has touch on the outside while being an elite lob threat. Bringing him along behind a veteran signed in free agency would quickly bolster the Hornets roster. While he does not fit the normal drafting patterns of the team, neither did LaMelo Ball. Change is in the air.

29. . Big. San Antonio Spurs. Alperen Sengun. 12. player

Alperen Sengun was the MVP of the Turkish League and is just 18 years old. He is as traditional a big man as you can get, working an elite low post game and weaving in beautiful passes to find cutting teammates. The plethora of wings on the San Antonio Spurs would feast playing alongside Sengun. He needs work defensively, but the Spurs system has developed many players over the decades. He may just be next.

Corey Kispert. 13. player. 100. . Wing. Indiana Pacers

With Doug McDermott set to hit free agency, Corey Kispert can come in and immediately play the same role for a team in transition. The Indiana Pacers are looking to compete right away and seem to be willing to move nearly anyone on the roster. No matter who remains, the skillset Kispert brings to the table is unassailable. There is no better shooter in the draft and he is a smart playmaker who will help the team win.

. Guard. Golden State Warriors. Davion Mitchell. 14. player. 41

Continuing the trend of selecting players ready to immediately contribute, Davion Mitchell to the Golden State Warriors is a perfect match. He is an elite on-ball defender who can lock down opposing guards. If his shooting stroke last season was not a fluke then all the better. Mitchell is a born winner and fits the culture of the Warriors to a tee.

142. . Wing. Washington Wizards. Ziaire Williams. 15. player

The Washington Wizards are one of the stories of the league entering the draft as the world wonders if they will finally field offers on Bradley Beal. Should they decide to stay put, taking someone who is ready to win makes sense. If not, the best player available is the way to go. As a means to thread the needle, ZIaire Williams has immense potential to grow into a star but can also contribute immediately as a defensive wing. This was a mess of a season at Stanford but Williams’ talent is well worth the chance.
