28. Washington Wizards

Apparently, this theme has been popular among the fan base and I simply do not get it. The team should hold themselves to a higher standard (though as they trade for Russell Westbrook to compete for the play-in tournament this fits the same level of expectations).

The gray is just bland and they have not really changed up the jerseys for years. Call me unpatriotic, but I do not need the flag on here either. I would rather them do something more fun than that. The team has the chance to have a whole new personality with their new pair. Hopefully next year they do better.

27. New Orleans Pelicans

For a team that could do so many cool things, their jerseys continue to be mostly boring. This jersey is meant to represent the flag of the city, dating all the way back to 1918. The fleur-de-lis is classic and will always win you some points, but the white body just leaves a lot to be desired.

The shorts almost bring it back. The blue on the bottom of the legs is a good look but for some unexplainable reason, it does not really hit the same on the top portion of the body. Like the traditional New Orleans Pelicans jerseys, these are mostly plain and the lack of a logo hurts them in my eyes.
