2. Hamidou Diallo

After having a tremendous summer league Hamidou Diallo is set to have an enormous year for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Diallo didn’t play that much last season but when he did he showed some flashes of talent.

He also won the Slam Dunk Contest last season, which will add to his notoriety going into this season.

Diallo had a game where he scored 18 points against the Sacramento Kings on Nov. 19.

He also had multiple games where he scored 10 points (LA Clippers on Dec. 15, Chicago Bulls on Dec. 17) and multiple games where he scored 11 points (Sacramento Kings Oct. 21, New York Knicks Nov. 14).

There were some times where he showed a spark, but this season with all the subtractions he should have a breakout year.

Diallo was the first Oklahoma City player to win the dunk contest and it will help his young career with confidence. Also, when he did play he was able to show signs that he was a great player. He stood out during the Summer League.

There should be more playing time for Diallo during the 2019-20 season.
