5. Joe Harris

One player that could seriously help the Toronto Raptors is Joe Harris. He is currently having a breakout season and is second only to Seth Curry regarding 3-point percentage, converting on a remarkable 48.9 percent of his attempts from behind the arc.

Harris is averaging 13.6 points per game and is shooting more 3s than 2s. He could be the perfect guy for the Toronto Raptors as a great spot-up shooter who would find many open looks thanks to Kyle Lowry‘s passing vision and the team’s overall ball movement.

Going the other way we have Norman Powell and Malachi Richardson. The Brooklyn Nets get a couple of young guys that can help with their rebuilding process. It should be noted Harris cannot be traded until Jan. 15 as a recently signed free agent.

Normal Powell can take the spot of Harris while Richardson continues to develop, possibly in the G League. He is still only 22 and could potentially develop into the player we saw during his Syracuse days.

The Raptors need help with their outside shot. Why not target a player that has been on fire since October?
