5. The dunk over Draymond Green

In spite of his team facing an early 12-point deficit in one of the league’s toughest environments, James Harden found it within himself to help the Rockets rally back during Game 4 of the 2018 Western Conference Finals, throwing down a ferocious jam that would silence the 19,596 fans at the Oracle Arena in Oakland.

With 6:06 left to play in the second quarter, Harden used a rip through move at the top of the key against Kevon Looney and drove left to place Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green on an official highlight poster, sending some of his peers into a complete uproar.

Although the dunk only counted for two points, Harden’s jam against one of the NBA’s best defenders could not have come at a better time, as one could argue that it served as the quintessential play that helped Houston to march back into the series.
