Final grade

If you take all things into consideration, you’ll see that Brown statistically doesn’t jump off the page. But when you compare his first-year performance to this year, you’ll see that he drastically improved.

With more minutes and experience, the 21-year-old excelled and showed us that he can become one of the NBA’s best. He improved in scoring, rebounding, defense and shooting.

Next year will be pivotal in showing that it wasn’t just a one-year wonder. With the Celtics’ season being a major success and their young talent gaining more experience, it’ll prove to be a major turning point in the player’s and team’s future.

Jaylen Brown had a great season and a showing that he could be future Most Improved Player at some point in his career. As long as he continues to work hard, it doesn’t seem out of the ordinary to think he has a bright future.
