5. Finish the season healthy

The Philadelphia 76ers have had their fair share of good and bad luck in the past few seasons. There was Ben Simmons’ debut being delayed for a season by a broken foot. Then before that, Joel Embiid underwent a similar situation, only he missed two seasons before his debut.

When it looked like the injury bug was behind this team, the first overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft was sidelined with a mysterious shoulder injury three games into the 2017-18 season. Fultz is back now and looks to be finding his groove again, but Joel Embiid is out now with a facial injury.

At this juncture, finishign the season healthy has to be Philadelphia’s highest priority. Luckily for them, they’ve got a plethora of depth in the frontcourt with Richaun Holmes and veterans Ersan Ilyasova and Amir Johnson.

Fultz has looked stellar as well, they just need to slowly ease him back into things. The NBA Playoffs are a different beast, so it’s best not to overwhelm him.
