In a season that has managed to play out like an epic fairy tale, the Houston Rockets stand just one victory away from securing home-court advantage throughout the 2018 NBA Playoffs. Here are the three takeaways from the month of March.

Coming into the month of March riding high on a 14-game winning streak, the Houston Rockets managed to pick up their stellar campaign exactly where they left off in a red-hot February by continuing to play their finest basketball.

The franchise that recently clinched home-court advantage throughout the Western Conference playoffs — en route to setting a new franchise-record for most wins in a single season — posted a 14-1 record in March.

The Rockets became only the sixth team ever in NBA history to ever record three double-digit winning streaks in a single season, as Houston scored 112 points per game, shot almost 46 percent from the field over their last 15 games and destroyed opponents by nearly 13 points per game.

With that being said, here are the three major takeaways from Houston’s remarkable month.
