The New York Knicks have agreed to a three-team deal with the Denver Nuggets and Dallas Mavericks involving Emmanuel Mudiay and Doug McDermott. Here are NBA Trade Grades for all three teams.

Following the disaster that was the Willy Hernangomez trade, the New York Knicks reared their heads again on the day of the 2018 NBA Trade Deadline.

This time, however, they fared much more favorably as part of a three-team trade that saw a young prospect coming in, rather than heading out.

As first reported by ESPN‘s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Knicks have agreed to send sharpshooter Doug McDermott to the Dallas Mavericks and a 2018 second round pick (via the Los Angeles Clippers) to the Denver Nuggets. In return, they’ll snag Nuggets backup Emmanuel Mudiay.

Denver will receive Devin Harris from the Mavs on top of that New York pick, while Dallas will receive a 2018 second round pick from the Nuggets (via the Portland Trail Blazers) in addition to McDermott. Here’s how the deal looks overall:

  • Nuggets receive: Devin Harris, 2018 2nd round pick (from Knicks via Clippers)
  • Mavericks receive: Doug McDermott, 2018 2nd round pick (from Nuggets via Trail Blazers)
  • Knicks receive: Emmanuel Mudiay

The question is, how did each team fare in this exchange? To sort it all out, here are the latest NBA Trade Grades.
