No. 1: Getting Healthy

This is, and will continue to be, Utah’s No. 1 priority. The inability to stay healthy has been the Jazz’s biggest Achilles heal this season, having seen numerous players go down with injuries.

The most notable player to have dealt with injuries has been Utah big man Rudy Gobert, who is currently out with a sprained PCL in his left knee and is expected to return sometime in January. It’s the second knee injury of the season for Gobert, who sat out 11 games earlier in the season with a right knee injury.

Other notable players with injuries for Utah this season are Joe Johnson, who sat out a good chunk of the season with a wrist injury; Raul Neto, who will miss some time with a concussion; and Dante Exum, who has a shoulder injury that has kept him out the entire season thus far.

The obvious goal for Utah is to get everyone healthy in the new year. If not everyone, at least try to get Gobert back and healthy for the rest of the regular season.

Getting healthy and getting everyone back in the second half of the season is No. 1 on the list for the Jazz.
