By the numbers

As a starter, Brogdon played 34.4 minutes per game. in this time, he averaged 16.0 points, 4.7 assists, 2.3  rebounds and 1.1 steals per game. His slash line was an impressive .496/.457/.810.

When Brogdon moved to the second unit, usually being the first man off the bench, some of his numbers took an expected dive. Now, Brogdon was only averaging 28.6 minutes per game. In this time he has averaged 11.5 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 0.9 steals per game. His slash line is a less impressive .444/.364/.920.

The difference is, the Bucks started to win when Brogdon went to the bench. Part of this has to do with the defense of Bledsoe, which is much better than Brogdon’s.
