15. Kris Dunn

The Chicago Bulls are tied for the worst record in the association, even with an ongoing three-game win streak factored in. Luckily, the team’s bright spots aren’t limited to rookie Lauri Markkanen.

Kris Dunn missed the first four games of the season due to injury, but has wasted little time earning a spot in the starting rotation, averaging 12.7 points, 5.0 assists, 4.9 rebounds and 1.9 steals per game while shooting 38.5 percent from 3-point range. Those are massive leaps from his underwhelming rookie year with the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Is he the long-term solution to the Bulls’ point guard situation? It’s too early to tell. But for the time being, at least the Bulls are getting competent play from someone in that point guard pu-pu platter.
