3. Emeka Okafor

Emeka Okafor last played in the NBA in the 2012-13 season with the Washington Wizards. During his career he never averaged less than a block per game. His career defensive rating is 103, and he posted a career-best defensive rating of 99 points per 100 possessions in his last season.

Of course that was awhile back, and Okafor is now 35 years old. But he is still in tremendous shape. Like Perkins, he has started to make some noise in the G League.

Okafor is currently  playing for the Delaware 87ers. He is averaging 14.5 points, 11.3 rebounds and, of course, a block per game. He is shooting a remarkable 64.6 percent from the field. That is encouraging because Okafor started to drift away from the paint in later years.

In Minnesota he would provide spot minutes on the bench unit and he could occasionally play in big lineups where Towns is playing the 4. These units could make up for any disadvantages in foot speed by crashing the offensive glass, something you rarely see teams do aggressively anymore.
