Rationale:

• Clint Capela has emerged as the ideal anchor for Houston’s potent offensive attack. The Rockets rank second in the league in offensive efficiency (112.8 points per 100 possessions) with Capela’s excellent play in the pick-and-roll. Houston registers a point 73.9 percent of the time Capela rolls to the basket, the fourth-highest percentage among players scoring 2.5 points or more per game off the play. The efficiency isn’t limited to the one play, as Capela leads the league in both field goal percentage (69 percent) and dunks (35) to go along with his 10.8 rebounds and 1.9 blocks per game.
• With double-digit rebounding efforts in each of his past two games, Jonas Valanciunas enters Sunday’s slate of games as a bargain in FanDuel NBA tournament play. The seven-footer ranks sixth on the team in field goal attempts per game, but has displayed he doesn’t need many scoring opportunities to provide an impact. Tuesday against the Bulls, Valanciunas posted 21 points on just seven shot attempts. Valanciunas converted six times, including once from 3-point range, and earned a season-high 10 trips to the foul line.
