4. Excitement is back in Minneapolis

This Timberwolves averaged the second-lowest attendance in the NBA last season. There was a lot of optimism entering the season, but that was crushed quickly when Zach LaVine suffered a knee injury and the Wolves struggled to finish games.

This offseason, the Wolves organization took matters into their own hands. They started with a new logo design right before the release of new uniforms.

If that excitement wasn’t enough, the Wolves completely upgraded their roster during the offseason. With their current roster fans are no longer hoping for a playoff berth, they are expecting it.

That excitement and increased crowd support should help the Timberwolves be a tougher team at home, and all the momentum feels like it’s building to something special in 2017-18.
