10. Devin Booker

Devin Booker‘s flaws have been covered quite thoroughly to this point in his young career — obnoxiously so, considering he’s only 20 years old. He hasn’t been the most efficient scorer, his defense is awful and the rest of his game needs developing if he is to truly become a franchise star.

However, he’s already one of the league’s most promising scorers, joining Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant, LeBron James and Shaquille O’Neal as the only players in NBA history to average more than 22 points per game for a season before reaching the age of 21. With 2,774 career points, only LeBron, KD and Carmelo Anthony have scored more points before their 21st birthday.

The Phoenix Suns might not win enough games to warrant a spot on the list for Booker, especially in a Western Conference packed with All-Star guards. But in an offense that will be tailored to his scoring, Booker could conceivably put up a 25-5-5 stat line in a potential breakout season, making him at least a fringe candidate for his first All-Star appearance.
