5. The revenge of Optimus Dime

John Wall has the experience of seeing the whole spectrum of the Washington Wizards. From 2010-12, he saw what it can be like on a team struggling to win.

Now he also has a taste of what success is like, making it as far as just one win away from seeing the Cleveland Cavaliers in the conference finals.

For the Wizards to make a run and return this year, Wall will have to be in his top form. He has been voted an All-Star for the past four consecutive years, and last year received his first All-NBA selection.

While he has managed to post a double-double for points and assists for the past three seasons, what Wall should improve is his ability to sink the three-ball. Last season his percentage was 32.7 percent, which is a decrease from the year prior of 35.1 percent.

Shooting for 35.1 percent beyond the arc is actually his highest mark of his career, which he should try to improve as the team overall struggled from long range last season.
