1. Buddy must assume a leadership role

Now that the Kings have brought in loads of young talent, they need one of those young players to step up and become a leader. That role should be taken by Hield this season.

Leadership isn’t easy for a player heading into his second year. Hield was a leader during his college career at Oklahoma, which will help him become a leader for the Kings. Sacramento needs their most talented player to step up and help push the rest of the team.

Needless to say, Hield has a lot of pressure on his shoulders heading into the 2017-18 season. The Kings need a big season from him from a statistical standpoint, while also needing him to step up off the floor in different ways.

Hield may have a lot to get done this season, but there is no question that he has the work ethic and head on his shoulders to do it.
