3. Buddy Hield should improve scoring to at least 18.5 PPG

Sacramento needs to find a true No. 1 scorer and they believe that they have just that in Hield. He showed flashes of that last season after being traded to the Kings and will be asked to improve his scoring average this season.

After averaging 15.1 points per game with the Kings, it would be reasonable to set a goal of 18.5 points per game this season. Hield will be given every opportunity to earn that number. He will be the go-to scorer offensively, with a true point guard in Fox setting him up.

Hield has always been a lethal three-point shooter, but he needs to improve his ability to get to the rim if he wants to take a big leap in scoring.

It will be intriguing to see how much Hield improves this season. Sacramento may not end up competing for a playoff spot this season, but there is a chance that they could make some noise out West.
