5. Danilo Gallinari

Offensively, Danilo Gallinari provides a team with everything they can ask for. He can score on all three levels, get to the free throw line and he is versatile enough to play both forward positions. Standing at 6’10”, his length provides him with the ability to shoot over almost any defender.

The question with Gallinari is, can he stay healthy? Gallo has played in the NBA since the 2008-09 season, but he has only played in 70 games in a season twice in his career. A misdiagnosed knee procedure caused Gallinari to miss the entire 2013-14 season.

In a recent interview with Premium Sport radio, Gallinari said that re-singing with the Denver Nuggets would not be his first choice. This makes him an even more attractive option for teams like the Celtics.

When the 2017-18 season starts, Gallinari will be 29 years old. With his injury history, a long-term contract will make him a risky play for the Celtics.
