Top Four Point Guards

  1. Russell Westbrook ($12,700) vs. Houston Rockets
  2. Kyle Lowry ($8,600) vs. Boston Celtics
  3. Dennis Schroder ($6,800) vs. Milwaukee Bucks
  4. Matthew Dellavedova ($4,200) vs. Atlanta Hawks

Rationale:

  • Any FanDuel NBA lineup has to find a way to carve out enough cap space to include Russell Westbrook. The valuation of $12,700 for Westbrook is his highest since opening night, when he was going for the maximum amount of $13,000 and with another triple-double Friday night, he will almost certainly reach the level. Westbrook has posted triple-doubles in six consecutive games and is looking to join Michael Jordan as the only player since 1989 to post seven straight.
  • Any FanDuel NBA lineup featuring the most expensive point guard could balance out the roster by pairing him with Milwaukee’s Matthew Dellavedova. The 6-foot-4 guard has alternated 20-point performances in FanDuel NBA tournament play, with 10 out of 20 games. Dellavedova has only posted 20-plus fantasy points in consecutive games once, and is coming off a 21.3-point outing against Portland, so adding him is a calculated risk.
