Top Four Shooting Guards

  1. C.J. McCollum ($7,400) vs. Denver Nuggets
  2. Zach LaVine ($6,200) vs. Los Angeles Lakers
  3. Klay Thompson ($5,800) vs. Phoenix Suns
  4. Evan Fournier ($5,700) vs. Oklahoma City Thunder

Rationale:

  • Even during an off night, Zach LaVine found a way to post 30 points in FanDuel NBA tournament play Saturday night. LaVine connected on just 1-of-5 attempts from 3-point range against the Clippers, but contributed in a variety of ways, logging 15 points, four assists, three rebounds, two steals and a block. In his third season, LaVine is averaging 19.8 points per game, 6.3 above his career average.
  • Evan Fournier snapped out of the shooting slump that plagued him for three games Friday night against the Jazz. After posting three consecutive 13 point games, as he shot 38.7 percent from the field, Fournier broke out for 21 points on 7-of-16 shooting from the field, including a pair of shots from 3-point range. Orlando ranks last in scoring at 92.3 points per game and need the scoring of Fournier to rise in the standings.
