After the New York Knicks’ whirlwind of offseason roster moves, there are several players on the 2016-17 roster with a lot to prove.

With all of the moves they made this offseason, the New York Knicks are understandably considered a team on the rise in 2016-17.

While I wouldn’t start penciling them in as serious contenders, it’s safe to assume they’ll improve on their 32-50 record from a year ago. At least, we would hope so considering the amount of moves made and money spent in the past few months.

Obviously a lot of it will come down to whether or not their top talents deliver. Imagine the pressure facing Derrick Rose to not only be the co-star for the Knicks, but also it simply stay healthy.

There is plenty of potential on this team, but expectations are higher than usual for this suddenly intriguing New York team.
