Cavaliers Claim Victory Over Warriors In NBA Finals Again

At this point, it doesn’t appear as though there are any legitimate contenders to steal the Cavaliers’ crown as kings of the East. Obviously that could change during the regular season, but all signs point to a third-straight Finals for James and Co.

So I’m going to predict that they find themselves defending their championship come June. I’m also going to predict that they’re playing the Warriors when they do so. Finally, I’m going to predict that, yet again, they come away victorious.

The only reason I would classify this as “bold” is because of the Warriors’ acquisition of Kevin Durant this offseason. Signing the 2014 NBA MVP essentially gave them a Big 4, and arguably one of the best starting fives in NBA history.

It’s absolutely not going to be easy to overcome such an obstacle, but James will be up to the task.

I’d guess it’ll be another long series, with chances being high we see another Game 7 showdown to determine a winner. While I wouldn’t go as far as saying we see another historical comeback from the Cavaliers, it’s sure to be a thriller.

At this pace, James could surpass Michael Jordan in rings before he hangs it up.
