Portland Trail Blazers

The Portland Trail Blazers stunned everyone with their playoff run last season. While they sport one of the league’s most exciting young backcourts in Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum, they’re definitely lacking in the way of bench firepower.

Brian Roberts finished last season as the reserve point guard, although he didn’t see much run in the playoffs since Portland leaned heavily on their dynamic starting duo. Roberts is a free agent this summer, leaving Portland with a need for a backup point guard. Jack would be a strong upgrade.

Portland also has a leg up on most of the competition. They could choose to claim Jack off of waivers, paying him what could be a bargain price compared to what many of the free agents will be hauling in this offseason.
