5 Roster Moves The Memphis Grizzlies Need To Make
1. Re-Sign Mike Conley
In the midst of all the discussion this offseason about where is Kevin Durant going, I think the rest of the NBA forgets how important other players are for their team.
Marc Gasol is the star at Memphis, but Mike Conley is the architect, the maestro if you will. Conley missed 26 games last season with injury but with a good off season, he should be back as good as ever.

Until his injury in January, in his 56 games, Conley averaged 31.4 minutes, 15.4 points and 6.1 assists per night.
Conley is also the only real point guard on the Memphis roster. He is going to be pursued by a number of franchises which means that his price is going to be pushed up but I hope for the sake of Memphis it is not towards the maximum.
Conley has played all of his 637 games for Memphis since being drafted by the franchise in 2007 with the fourth overall pick. So far he has more than lived up to the faith that Memphis showed in him with such a high draft pick.
Conley is ranked 139th all time with total assists and 81st all time in assists per game. He is only 28 so he will only continue to move up these rankings.
Conley, however, is not just a one-way player. He also made the NBA All Defensive Team in 2012-13. He has been top 10 in the NBA in steals three times in his nine seasons.
