5 Roster Moves The Milwaukee Bucks Need To Make
3. Re-Sign Jerryd Bayless
I love seeing some experience on a team. Milwaukee has a number of players younger than 25. In fact Milwaukee only has one player older than 30 and I am not sure that Steve Novak will be re-signed.
Jerryd Bayless has been around longer than most of his teammates and therefore needs to be one of the leadership group for the franchise.
Last season, Bayless only played 52 games, starting 18 of them. In these 52 games he averaged 28.9 minutes, 10.4 points, 2,7 rebounds and 3.1 assists. Not bad numbers for a backup.

For his career, Bayless has played 510 games with an average of 8.5 points per game so he stepped it up last year when Milwaukee needed him.
Bayless out performed his more highly touted (and paid) teammates in Mayo and Vasquez.
Bayless is not the household name that is going to take Milwaukee into the playoffs by any means. It is crucial for all playoff contenders to have quality and experience on the bench. Bayless fits this bill nicely.
As long as Khris Middleton, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Michael Carter-Williams play to their potential, Bayless will be able to support the Milwaukee big three into at least the first round.
Lets hope that this core, plus a developing Jabari Parker will indeed cause other NBA teams to fear the deer.
