The 2016 NBA Finals have been the most uneven yet balanced championship series in recent memory. Every game between the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers has been decided by double digits, and yet somehow, the two teams are dead even in total points.

LeBron James has been a god among mere mortals. Stephen Curry hasn’t been his usual MVP self. Draymond Green was suspended for a game. Kyrie Irving has played out of his mind in isolation ball, defying the odds against a team defense designed to capitalize on that kind of tactical flaw.
