Detroit Pistons – Andre Drummond

This is the easiest section to type because Andre Drummond is not only the most important member of the Detroit Pistons at 22 years old, but he’s also a restricted free agent.

The Pistons are building the team model utilized by Stan Van Gundy, the current head coach, while he was in Orlando with Dwight Howard in his prime. There are very few players that can compare to Howard physically and skill wise, but Drummond is one of them. He’s a beast on the pick and roll, and his rim protecting skills are improving every year.

He still has some growing to do. His free throw shooting is ghastly at 33 percent, and he hasn’t developed into a playmaker once he receives the ball and is double teamed, but if he can improve on these skills, watch out.

Again, he’s only 22, and as great of a rebounder and centerpiece he is, the Pistons would be crazy to let him go.
