1. Karl-Anthony Towns, Minnesota Timberwolves

Now this guy is on another level from his peers.

Karl-Anthony Towns continues to just put up amazing numbers for a rookie big man, and even though they haven’t translated into wins for his team of late that shouldn’t go against him. The Timberwolves are a young squad with plenty of postseason potential down the road.

For now it’s important to marvel at what Towns is doing in terms of serving as an inside-outside presence for Minnesota. He’s literally doing it all for them and looks like the league’s next great superstar big.

There’s nothing that can take the Rookie of the Year Award away from this man. He’s earned it in every aspect.
