Nos. 35-31

35. Cleanthony Early — Suffice it to say that Cleanthony Early has NOT emerged as a second-round steal from the 2014 NBA Draft as some (myself included) thought he would. In his second NBA season, Early has played in a grand total of 10 games for the New York Knicks, averaging a negligible 0.7 points in 3.4 minutes per game and spending most of his time in the D-League.

34. Jordan McRae — McRae will be relegated to cleanup duty for the rest of the season now that the Cleveland Cavaliers signed him, but he’s a decent enough scorer in his own right. He’s averaging 4.3 points in 8.4 minutes per game this season, and he dropped a career-high 61 points in a D-League contest earlier this season.

33. Ryan Kelly — Sorry to say it, but Ryan Kelly just isn’t an NBA player. Averaging 4.4 points and 3.2 rebounds in 12.1 minutes per game isn’t terrible production, but he’s shooting just 37.6 percent from the floor and an anemic 16.1 percent from three-point range in his third NBA season. His time with the Los Angeles Lakers will likely be up after this season.

32. Shabazz Napier — I blame LeBron James’ endorsement of Shabazz Napier for the disappointing start to his NBA career. Without all that added pressure, perhaps we’d see a different Napier than this version that’s already on his second team in as many seasons, averaging 3.7 points and 1.9 assists in 11.6 minutes per game and failing to crack the rotation of a struggling Orlando Magic team.

31. Kendall Marshall — When you’re not getting minutes in the talent-starved backcourt of the Philadelphia 76ers, you might not be a legitimate NBA player. Marshall is averaging 4.3 points and 3.0 assists in 13.9 minutes per game and has shot 40.2 percent from the floor in his 20 appearances with the Sixers.
