Rationale:

  • Harden has not played against the Bulls this season. He is scoring 57.8 FPPG in his first six games since the All-Star Break. He’s playing well thanks to his scoring and rebounding skills. He will need to bump his assists up against a tough defensive team, as the Bulls are third in opponent field goal percentage. Harden is projected to score 55.7 fantasy points.
  • Ellis is scoring 26.3 FPPG in two meetings with the Wizards this season. His numbers have played around his season average, but he’s scoring 13.5 points per game in the season series. He needs to improve against the Wizards, who are 26th in opponent field goal percentage. He’s projected to score 28.8 fantasy points.
  • Hood is scoring 22.3 FPPG in three games against the Pelicans this season. He will get 10-17 shots in this game and needs to hit them for maximum fantasy value, something he’s struggled to do since the All-Star Break. He’s projected to score 28.3 fantasy points.
  • Wiggins scored 22.3 fantasy points in his first game against the Nets this season. He only took 11 shots and scored 16 points in that game. He’ll need to be more aggressive as a scorer, since that is where his fantasy value comes from. He’s projected to score 32.3 fantasy points.
