Top Four PGs

  1. John Wall (Wizards) – $9,300 vs. Pacers (13th)
  2. Chris Paul (Clippers) – $9,500 vs. Hawks (4th)
  3. Ricky Rubio (Timberwolves) – $6,300 vs. Nets (20th)
  4. Reggie Jackson (Pistons) – $6,600 @ Knicks (17th)

Rationale:

  • Wall is scoring 38.9 FPPG in two meetings with the Pacers this season. His assist numbers in the season series are down to 6.5 from his season average of 9.8. Wall needs to get his assist numbers up to have the most fantasy value. He’s projected to score 46.2 fantasy points.
  • Paul scored 37.5 fantasy points in his first game against the Hawks this season. He only shot 33.3 percent from the field and was 0-for-4 from three-point range. He will have to work for good shots, but he needs to score for the Clippers to get a win. He’s projected to score 47.7 fantasy points.
  • Rubio scored 40 fantasy points against the Nets in their first meeting. He was only 1-for-6 from the floor, but he did have 15 assists and four steals. The Nets are 28th in opponent field goal percentage, so Rubio should have double-digit assists again and a slight scoring bump. He’s projected to score 33.1 fantasy points.
  • Jackson is scoring 35.3 FPPG in two games against the Knicks this season. While he’s scoring 19.0 points per game in the season series, he’s only shooting 36.4 percent from the field. Increased shooting numbers will increase his fantasy value. He’s projected to score 35.3 fantasy points.
