4. Devin Booker, Phoenix Suns

Booker is REALLY good, and he’s only getting better. His shooting stroke is tops among his rookie peers (42.7 percent from three) and he just came off a week in which he scored 32 and 24 points in back-to-back games.

The Klay Thompson comparisons are fully justified in terms of his offensive skill set. He’s not great off the dribble just yet, but neither was Thompson for his first years in the NBA. Still he’s one of the better spot-up threats in the league already and has the size and motor of a potential difference maker defensively.

The sky is the limit for Booker in terms of All-Star berths because there aren’t many top shooting guards in the Western Conference. As long as he works hard there’s no telling how good he could be in two or three years.
