3. Jahlil Okafor, Philadelphia 76ers

Could Philadelphia actually have a future All-Star on its basketball team?

Despite his off-court troubles, Okafor has been one of the top productive rookies in the NBA to this point. He scores the basketball better than anyone else in his class and has the post game to dominate down low for years to come.

He needs to improve his defense and rebounding the ball consistently on both ends, but Okafor has the skill set and numbers of an All-Star.

I’m not sure how soon, however, as the guy before him is going to make it first in the East.
