Top Four Small Forwards

  1. LeBron James, Cleveland Cavaliers ($9,700) vs. Washington Wizards
  2. Paul George, Indiana Pacers ($8,900) vs. Orlando Magic
  3. Danilo Gallinari, Denver Nuggets ($7,100) vs. Minnesota Timberwolves
  4. Evan Turner, Boston Celtics ($5,700) vs. Detroit Pistons

Rationale:

  • The Wizards are the worst team in the league vs. opposing 3s, and James had 24 points, 13 boards and four helpers in the initial meeting (previously cited).
  • George is averaging 46.8 FPPG over his last three contests and the Magic are middle of the road vs. his position.
  • The Rooster has played well since his return from injury, averaging 40.9 FPPG in those two matches. Like Orlando, the Lobos are just average vs. small forwards so he has a good chance to extend his (early) 2016 run.
  • Turner should get the start again at 2-guard in place of the injured Avery Bradley, and the Pistons are fair to middling vs. that position (as opposed to stingy vs. small forwards, where Turner is listed in FanDuel NBA).
