No. 5 Chris Bosh

Games: 4

PPG: 24.5

FG: 37/70 (52.8%)

3PT: 11/23 (47.8%)

This is Bosh’s first appearance on Giacubeno’s Gunners after he put together a solid week of getting buckets. Unfortunately, the Miami Heat still went even (2-2) over the four-game stretch.

Bosh’s biggest performance came when the lights were the brightest–Christmas day. As he faced off against Anthony Davis and the New Orleans Pelicans, Bosh had a 30-point performance along with 10 rebounds in the 94-88 victory.

Bosh and the Heat had a weird showing against the Brooklyn Nets last night. In a game where the Heat were favorited heavily, they came up short 111-105. Bosh had a nearly perfect shooting night, but he didn’t get many looks–converting 7-for-8 from the field and a perfect 5-for-5 behind the arc.

The Heat are 18-12 and sit fourth in an extremely competitive Eastern Conference (man its been awhile since I could say that). Their next four games include @MEM, vs DAL, @WAS, vs IND, which are all very winnable games that would spring them back into the second seed of the conference where they previously were not so long ago.
