New Orleans Pelicans: Princes Leia

The New Orleans Pelicans were a tough team to place. On the one hand, they’ve been absolutely abysmal this season with a 7-18 record, which is even more disappointing considering they just made the playoffs last year. On the other, they’ve got Anthony Davis, which automatically means the future is bright.

In that spirit, I’m going with Princess Leia, a feisty character that has as many hairstyles as the Pelicans have players that need to be traded.

I guess General Grievous might have worked here, since he and Anthony Davis sort of look like they’re half-cyborg. But with the Pelicans off to an unbelievably bad start and the Brow representing the only possible way they can climb out of this hole, I couldn’t resist the urge to modify Princess Leia’s iconic plea from Episode IV: “Help them Obi-Brow Kenobi. You’re their only hope.”
