Top Four Small Forwards

  1. Kawhi Leonard, San Antonio Spurs ($8,800) vs. Toronto Raptors (if he plays)
  2. Marcus Morris, Detroit Pistons ($5,900) vs. Memphis Grizzlies (tired team)
  3. Andrew Wiggins, Minnesota Timberwolves ($7,000) vs. L.A. Lakers
  4. Otto Porter, Washington Wizards ($5,600) vs. Houston Rockets

Rationale:

  • The Raptors are third most generous to SFs over their past five games and starter DeMarre Carroll is out indefinitely.
  • Morris draws a tired Grizzlies team that is the league’s worst against SFs in Fantasy NBA over their past five games.
  • The Lakers are in the bottom third vs. SFs on FanDuel and Wiggins averaged 18.8 PPG against them last season (as opposed to 16.9 PPG overall).
  • The Rockets and Wizards are first- and second-most generous overall (respectively) against SFs, so Porter has the slight edge as a lower cost fill-in. The erstwhile Hoya has averaged 36.5 FPPG over his past two contests, so tonight could be an opportunity to take advantage of his recent performance spike.
