5. J.J. Hickson, 2008 NBA Draft, Cleveland Cavaliers

Wrapping up in eighth NBA season this past year, Hickson has built the reputation for the type of player to do the dirty work. He uses his strength to overpower his opposing defender and finish at the rim. Rebounding is a huge part of Hickson’s game especially on the offensive side of the ball as he averages 2.3 for his career thus far.

Although he isn’t a star in the NBA, Hickson is the type of player every team needs. Playing now for the Denver Nuggets, his best season was in 2011-12 when he averaged 15.1 points and 8.3 rebound for the Portland Trail Blazers. He guy who is able to score, while also willing to crash the boards every possession and be an anchor on the defensive side.

For his career he is averaging 9.8 points, 7.0 rebounds, 0.6 blocks.
