4. Tobias Harris, 2011 NBA Draft, Charlotte Bobcats

After being traded immediately to the Milwaukee Bucks, Harris has a couple of disappointing seasons in his first years as a pro. Once he arrived in Orlando, his scoring ability burst onto the national scene. This off-season, many teams will be focusing on Harris being that he is a free agent.

His best season was back in 2012-13 when he averaged 17.3 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 2.1 assists. With a 6’9″, 235-pound frame Harris can handle the ball particularly well and can score in a variety of ways. He has proved to be one of the upcoming players in the NBA and one of the best scorers at the small forward position.

Through five NBA season, Harris is averaging 12.7 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 1.3 assists.
