Utah Jazz: 5 Reasons Why Andrei Kirilenko’s Return Makes Sense
He Brings Leadership
In many organizations, there are too many people assuming the role of leadership and not enough people following instructions. The problem on the Jazz isn’t that they have too many leaders, instead it’s the complete opposite, they don’t have any leadership.
The Utah Jazz have one of the youngest teams in the NBA and they are in desperate need of one person who will assume leadership on their team.
The players on the Jazz have no person on the court to hold them accountable for their lack of hustle, missing defensive assignments, taking bad shots, or even motivating their teammates to play better.
That’s why when coach Quin Snyder explodes at players it gets looked at so largely because there’s no person on the court assuming leadership for his teammates (more on that later).
The second the Andrei Kirilenko steps foot into the Jazz organization again, that glaring problem becomes a lot smaller.
